  • Erich Gonzales won as the Grand Questor in the reality talent search Star Circle Quest in the year 2005.
  • After SCQ, she became a part of ABS-CBN's home-based training and management program, Star Magic.
  • Erich became a familiar face on some of the most successful shows on ABS-CBN. She played the character Dorina in 'Angel na Walang Langit', which became a phenomenon. She then went on to show her versatility when she played the antagonist, Camille, opposite Kim Chui and Gerald Anderson in 'Sana Maulit Muli'. Erich also appeared in numerous other shows and dramas in supporting roles.
  • In 2009, Erich Gonzales got her biggest break as she played the lead role in the primetime series, 'Katorse'. The series became a top rater and was critically acclaimed catapulting Erich to stardom.
  • The Buzz named Erich Gonzales as 2009's Breakthrough Star. This is also the year that she made her film debut in 'Paano Ko Sasabihin', an official entry to the 2009 Cinema One Originals Festival. The film paired her with perennial partner, Enchong Dee. The project had an international screening in Florida and was a recipient of several awards at the Festival.
  • After the success of 'Katorse', Erich landed another lead role as Fina in the teleserye 'Tanging Yaman', which premiered in January 2010. This series was one of ABS-CBN's offerings for the 60th Celebration of Filipino Soap Operas.
  • After an impressive back-to-back hit teleseryes, Erich took the next big step by signing a two-year-exclusive contract with Star Cinema. Erich was then poised to prove her box office draw.
  • While Tanging Yaman was still airing, Erich was already working on her next teleserye, Magkaribal. The show was highly acclaimed and is now regarded as the Philippines' first fashionserye. It was a show that combined fashion, love, family and the realities of life.
  • 2010 was a big year for Erich. She was cast in the indie film, Noy, which became the Philippines' entry to the 83rd Academy Awards in the Best Foreign Language Film Category. In the latter part of the year, the hit love team of Erich and Enchong starred in their first mainstream movie, 'I DO'. The year ended with a bang for Erich as their teleserye, Magkaribal, finished with very high ratings.
  • The Filipino adaptation of Maria La Del Barrio was the highlight for Erich in 2011. The series became a Twitter trending royalty as it trended locally and worldwide on and off throughout its run. It was also extended twice as its ratings remained consistently high. In December of that year, Erich's indie film, Pinta*Kasi, was finally screened in theaters as part of the 2011 Metro Manila Film Festival. The film won Best Picture in the New Wave Section and Best Actor (same category) for co-star, JM de Guzman. But the biggest news for 2011 came in October when it was officially announced that Erich will be starring in a film with Thai heartthrob, Mario Maurer. The project, tentatively titled Suddenly It's Magic, will be shot in both the Philippines and Thailand the next year.
  • As Maria La Del Barrio ended on a high note in March of 2012, Erich's other indie movie was released in theaters. Corazon Ang Unang Aswang opened to a very warm audience reception, earning 7 million pesos on its first day. The film has now become the highest grossing digital film in the country. As a result, Star Cinema has crowned Erich with the title of 'Philippine Box Office Queen for Digital Independent Film'. The movie received rave reviews from both critics and viewers. Erich also started work on her project with Mario Maurer in the scond quarter of the year. Shooting began in May in Ilocos Norte and finished in June in Thailand. The film was released on October 31st.
  • The latter part of 2012 turned out to be a hectic one for Erich. She made her debut appearance in Canada as part of the TFC Liga Kapamilya Basketball Finals at the end of August. She wowed the crowds in both Oshawa, ON and Burnaby, B.C.. Then on November 3rd, she entertained kapamilyas in Los Angeles, CA for the Star Magic 20 Tour. Erich capped her year with the release of Mariposa Sa Hawla Ng Gabi, her indie film for Cinema One Originals Festival. The film reunited her with Corazon director, Richard V. Somes.
  • Another big year awaits Erich in 2013. She will co-star with Coco Martin in the much-anticipated teleserye, Juan dela Cruz. The show will premiere on February 4, 2013 on ABS-CBN Primetime BIda.
  • 2014 promises to be another fun and exciting year for Erich. She has begun work on a Star Cinema and Skylight Films project, Once A Princess, with Enchong Dee and directed by Laurice Guillen. This is a film adaptation of the Precious Hearts Romances bestseller with the same title. She is also scheduled to do a teleserye in the latter part of the year. Erich can be seen currently as a recurring co-host on Kris TV.
